Spam Policy

Date: 08/01/2024

This document informs you about the Anti-Spam Policy (“Policy”) established by 99TAG (by “Awadh India Crafts”) for internet marketing. If we find that you have violated the terms and conditions set forth in this policy, your membership will be revoked and any active account will be closed.

Scope

This policy applies to all individuals who have access to the 99TAG email account, including but not limited to users, members, customers, employees, and independent contractors.

Definition

For the purpose of this policy, “spam” refers to any unsolicited electronic commercial messages. This includes any activity where you transmit, either directly or indirectly, email messages to any email address that does not request or consent to such transmission.

Spam Filtering

The firm’s messaging system will scan all incoming messages for spam. If you believe that your message was incorrectly marked as spam, please inform the message recipient so they can try other means of communication.

Zero Tolerance

99TAG strictly and uncompromisingly prohibits spamming. The mass emailing of unsolicited emails, or any other unsolicited emails for marketing our product, services, or programs are not allowed.

Our spam policy at 99TAG is aligned with Google’s guidelines to ensure the quality of our content and the user experience. We’re committed to offering valuable and authentic content while complying with Google’s policies for AdSense affiliation and advertisements.

Policy Violation Detection: We employ automated systems and human review to detect content and behaviors that violate our policies. Users are encouraged to report potential violations through search quality user reports, aiding in continuous improvement of our spam detection systems.

Common Forms of Spam: Our policies cover various spam tactics, and we reserve the right to take action against any detected form of spam, as outlined below:

  1. Cloaking:
    • Presenting different content to users and search engines to manipulate search rankings.
    • Examples include displaying travel content to search engines and discount drugs to users.
    • Cloaking due to site hacking is addressed separately. Operate paywalls and content-gating mechanisms transparently.
  2. Doorways:
    • Creating sites or pages specifically designed to rank for similar search queries.
    • Leading users to intermediate pages that are less useful than the final destination.
  3. Hacked Content:
    • Placing content on a site without permission, exploiting vulnerabilities.
    • Examples include code injection, page injection, content injection, and malicious redirects.
  4. Hidden Text and Links:
    • Placing content on a page solely to manipulate search engines.
    • Examples include using white text on a white background, hiding text behind images, or using CSS to position text off-screen.
  5. Keyword Stuffing:
    • Filling a web page with keywords or numbers to manipulate search rankings.
    • Examples include lists of phone numbers without substantial value or repeating words unnaturally.
  6. Link Spam:
    • Manipulating links to or from your site for ranking purposes.
    • Examples include buying or selling links, excessive link exchanges, or using automated programs to create links.
  7. Machine-Generated Traffic:
    • Consuming resources and interfering with user service, such as sending automated queries or scraping results without permission.
  8. Malware and Malicious Behaviors:
    • Hosting malware or unwanted software that harms users’ experiences.
    • Site owners must ensure compliance with Unwanted Software Policy.
  9. Misleading Functionality:
    • Intentionally creating sites with misleading functionality to manipulate search rankings.
  10. Scraped Content:
    • Basing sites on scraped content without providing additional value or services.
  11. Sneaky Redirects:
    • Redirecting visitors maliciously to different content than expected.
  12. Spammy Auto-Generated Content:
    • Generating content programmatically for the primary purpose of manipulating search rankings.
  13. Thin Affiliate Pages:
    • Pages with product affiliate links lacking original content or added value.
  14. User-Generated Spam:
    • Spammy content added by users through channels intended for user content.

Other Behaviors Leading to Demotion or Removal:

  • Legal Removals: High volumes of valid copyright removal requests may lead to demotion. Similar demotion may apply to defamation, counterfeit goods, and court-ordered removals.
  • Personal Information Removals: High volumes of personal information removals involving exploitative practices may lead to demotion.
  • Policy Circumvention: Engaging in actions to bypass spam policies may result in restricting or removing eligibility for search features.
  • Scam and Fraud: Impersonating official businesses or services, displaying false information, or attracting users under false pretenses may result in removal from search results.

Adherence to these policies ensures a positive user experience, quality content, and eligibility for advertisement on 99TAG through Google AdSense.

These updates and clarifications to our spam policy at 99TAG reflect our steadfast commitment to providing a trustworthy and valuable platform for our users. We’ve made these term changes to align more closely with Google’s guidelines for AdSense affiliation and advertisements, ensuring that our content is of the highest quality and abides by the best practices outlined in the industry.

By implementing these policies, we aim to maintain transparency, authenticity, and integrity across our platform. Our dedication to preventing spam, deceptive practices, and low-quality content underscores our goal of creating a positive user experience.

At 99TAG, we prioritize user satisfaction, delivering informative, original, and engaging content while adhering to the standards set by Google and the broader web community. These changes reinforce our commitment to quality and trustworthiness while fostering a welcoming environment for all our users.

Advertisements
